Floor Chicken Face-Off
House Gymnasts face-off to see who can be first to successfully perform a Floor Chicken.

About the challenge
This challenge can be performed as a face-off between two people (as shown in the photograph) or as a group event. The rules are simple: the first person to perform a Floor Chicken (the floor-based version of the Chair Chicken) and hold the position for three seconds wins. With multiple participants, the event could be split into knockout rounds with a grand final to determine the overall winner.
Rules and notes
- Perform the contest on level flooring.
- Be careful that participants are not too close together as head-butting could occur.
- Make sure participants are situated on the same type of surface (i.e. don’t have one on a carpet and one on a wooden floor).
- Unbiased adjudicators should be present to check the individual moves for validity and time duration.
- If neither participant has managed to perform a valid Floor Chicken within five minutes, the contest is considered a draw and both people are made fun of.
