Moves
The greater the height or difficulty, the better the move. Manoeuvres must be held in position for three seconds to be valid.
Classic moves
The first offical House Gymnastics moves were busted in an upstairs hallway, a natural meeting place and crossroads within the house.
Some moves were conceived and perfected in this one afternoon and several experimental versions of moves followed that still stand to this day as part of the classic 25.

Other moves
Since the beginning of House Gymnastics, enthusiasts have been submitting there own creative moves, either to be considered for Move of the Month, or just out of sheer boredom.
Manoeuvres with a certain aesthetic, flair and difficulty can be chosen by Harrison and Ford to become official House Gym moves.

Practical applications
Once you’ve learned the core moves, they can be applied and adapted to assist in many practical household chores.
For example, the Jumping Jack Wedge is ideal for tricky household maintenance that requires reaching high corners.
