Human Flag
Using a sturdy pole (with or without an adjoining surface such as a table), raise body up to an elevation of 90 degrees. Lock in position so as to take on the appearance of a flag.
1
Find a firmly fixed pole located next to an adjoining surface, such as a table.

2
Bend sideways, grasping pole with one hand and edge of adjoining surface with the other.

3
Raise leg nearest wall into the air and place foot on wall. Move other foot alongside.

4
Transfer body weight onto surface and use pole to pull legs upwards so that they are perpendicular to the pole, thus turning you into a Human Flag.
