The Triangle
Similar to a handstand but it must be performed on a banister or chest of drawers, with the body perfectly straight and feet high up on a wall, so as to create the shape of a right-angled triangle.
1
Locate a rectangular elevated surface situated against a wall, such as a table or chest of drawers.

2
Grasp the top of the surface, with both hands at either side of the narrow edge furthest from the supporting wall.

3
Carefully climb up onto surface.

4
Kneel down, raise posterior high into the air and position head over the edge of the surface.

5
Transfer weight onto hands and place one foot onto wall.

6
Place second foot alongside first and climb up wall until body is completely straight, thus forming a triangle.

Notes
Novices should begin with a triangle formation at ground level before attempting elevated surfaces.
