The Hang

Use any ledge around the home and hang from it.

Stand below an outcrop/ledge within reaching distance.

Stretch up and grasp ledge with both hands.

Slowly lift feet from ground bending at the knees.

Pull yourself up using arms and raise knees towards chest.

Notes

This move is simple but if the ledge is of a very great height a spotting partner is recommended.
