Ceiling Stand
Using a banister for support, raise legs into the air and place both feet on the ceiling. Lock into position, keeping body vertical.
1
Locate a sturdy banister upright, adjacent to a wall and with ceiling height approximately five to six feet above the top of banister.

2
Place hand nearest wall onto sphere of banister.

3
Lean down and place other hand towards base of banister upright and position one foot on wall at waist height.

4
In one leaping motion lock other foot alongside first on wall thus holding body above floor.

5
Slowly walk up wall and carefully locate ceiling with one foot.

6
Place both feet onto ceiling and ensure that body is perfectly straight and in line with banister upright.

Notes
In reference to step five, if ceiling cannot be located with the first foot do not attempt step six as you could overbalance, fall and seriously injure yourself.
