Bridge

Using feet and hands as supports, with head facing upwards, form a bridge in the air between two objects/surfaces (the further apart the supports, the better the move).

Stand between two large items of furniture or elevated surfaces.

Reaching behind yourself, place hands onto edge of surface.

Place one foot onto opposite surface.

This move is ideal for beginners because it is simple, does not require much strength and can be performed in various locations throughout the home.
