Ear Ache
Ear Ache = locate a corridor space or domestic area with a worktop or table parallel to a wall. Rest head and shoulders on the ledge and slowly use feet to climb up the wall opposite. When body is level and braced, rotate 90 degrees so you are side-on and manoeuvre so that your ear is supporting most of the weight. Try crossing one leg over the other for added difficulty.
