Rail Grind = locate a sturdy, diagonally angled banister. At a point approximately half-way up the stairs climb onto the banister beam. Slowly move into a crouched position and raise hands away from the banister so that you are balanced purely on your legs. Hold this pose for at least 3 seconds to complete the move and then, for the more fearless house gymmer, slide down the banister and jump off for the dismount. |
