Difficulty Rating:
Ceiling Claw = find a ceiling area with beams just less than arms width apart. Stand facing the wall, in the same orientation as the beams. Raise arms above head and grasp the beams on either side using a strong claw grip. Lift yourself and climb up
the facing wall with your feet until your legs are as high as possible. This move is extremely difficult as the hand holds are totally open and require an enormous amount of pressure and strength to hold the body in position.
