Shoulder Press
| Mark Miklautsch
Locate a corridor space or domestic area with a worktop or table parallel to a wall. The distance between the ledge and wall must be approximately the same as your own
height. Rest head and shoulders on the ledge and slowly use feet to climb up the wall opposite. When body is straight and level, tense yourself and hold arms in alongside body. A cushion may
be required to ease pressure on back of head.
