Sofa Torpedo

Using a sturdy, heavyweight, two or three piece sofa, climb on and position
yourself towards one end. Place both hands shoulder width apart
on the arm-rest and lock elbows at sides of abdomen. Slowly transfer
body weight on to arms until you are balanced in an elevated position.
To finish the move, fully extend legs and straighten body so as to
take on the shape of a speeding torpedo.
