Mop-Tripod

Using three sturdy mops, with an optional pillow for comfort, arrange them
into a stable pyramid formation. Manoeuvre your abdomen over the peak of the
pyramid and slowly transfer your body weight onto the mops. When you
are balanced in mid-air, try to straighten your entire body to improve
the aesthetic of the move.
