One Handed Rock Pivot
| Wade Wilson
Find a large rock with a plateaud surface (preferably the one at Carsington Reservoir, Derbyshire). Climb on top of the rock and locate yourself
as centrally as possible. Crouch down, place one hand on the surface
and lock your elbow under your stomach/groin. Slowly transfer your
weight so that your whole body is balanced on that arm. Finally, straighten
your legs and extend your other arm so that you are parallel to the
rock surface.
