Using the same initial steps as for the Parabolic Curve, bend backwards over
a banister, steadying yourself by placing your feet on the wall opposite.
Extend your arms until you are able to grasp two banister
rungs, hip width apart. Then slide backwards over the banister until
you are upside down. Remember to smile!
