Find a corridor space that is slightly smaller than arms' width wide
and has a high-grip surface (such as breeze blocks or brick). Jump up
and splay yourself between the walls. Rotate your palms so that your
finger tips are pointing downwards and then slowly raise knees towards
your chest and cross your legs, thus assuming a position akin to that
of a levitating Yogic master.
