Stand in an area between too high surfaces or sturdy out-crops, just
wider than shoulder-width apart. Using a brace or wedging method, climb
up until you are balanced with a hand on each ledge. Slowly raise your
body up until your arms are fully extended. Keep your legs together and
straight so that the outline of your body shape takes the form of an arrow
pointing upwards.
