One Handed StairY

Stand in the area next to or on a set of stairs with a facing wall nearby. Bend down and grasp a step with both hands. Position one foot on the opposing wall at waist height, and then the other, transferring weight onto hands. Climb up wall using feet until body is straight and fully extended. Finally, spread feet apart and raise one hand in the air to form a Y shape.
