Move of the Month is a monthly competition set up by Harrison&Ford to initiate pro-activity within the House Gymnastics community, as a way of developing ever more exciting, interesting and difficult moves. To win Move of the Month you have to submit a 100% real photo (via email) of yourself doing your own patented House Gymnastics move, or performing an extreme or synchronized version of an existing Harrison&Ford manoeuvre. The best move will be chosen each month based on creativity, style and difficulty. Previous winners include Anwar Hoogland for his acrobatic Back Door Bat Hang and Steve Ray for his extraordinary Human Flag.

The Move of the Month competition has been on hold since the end of 2006 but may re-open if the creativity and frequency of submissions improves. SUBMIT A MOVE
