Stretching and warming up before a house gym session is a necessary requirement. It loosens
your muscles and gets you amped up in anticipation for busting some moves.
Five minutes of cardio-vascular is the minimum recommended. Do not exert yourself
during the warm-up session as this could result in vomiting, strained muscles
and possible exhaustion.
