Harrison&Ford House Gymnastics is a cross breed of yoga, breakdancing, climbing and gymnastics in a domestic setting. House Gymnastics can be performed by anyone, at anytime, anywhere. The greater the height or danger, the better the move. Manoeuvres must be held in position for 3 seconds to be valid. Once the indoor moves have been mastered, they can be applied to outdoor situations and site-specific gallery spaces. All images of Harrison&Ford house gym moves are 100% real and unaltered.

What the critics are saying:
"People connect with House Gymnastics because it reminds them of their childhood... when they used to climb around the house and explore, with the desire to be one of their wall climbing heroes like Batman or Spiderman"
Anna Ormrod, Noun Multimedia

"Empowering banality with new meaning... there is the opportunity for the viewer to try the tasks and projects that Ford sets himself, in their own space and time, without the awkward connotations of the gallery. And when the viewer undertakes these tasks such as collecting their bogies, performing House Gymnastics, or looking for their own number plate initials, they become the artist making the art, thus blurring the definition of artist and viewer and questioning the nature of authorship"
Matthew Higgs, Rhizome Visual Arts
