Exchanges involve a visit to the domestic space of another House Gymnast. The idea of the exchange visits is to increase communication and provide a social aspect to the sport. These can be informal or formal visits where new moves and tips can be exchanged between the participants. It gives each House Gymnast a chance to test their agility and skills in a new domestic arena. The goal is to build up a network of exchange arenas so that participants can get to know fellow gymnasts from around the globe.

The house of Harrison&Ford is an open gallery space where visitors can come and watch us perform House Gymnastics, or we can initiate an exchange visit. In an exchange visit the participant will perform moves in the House of Harrison&Ford and then Harrison&Ford will go to the participant's home and bust some moves there. Everything is documented through photographs or video. If you would like to take part in an exchange with Harrison&Ford or if you'd like to submit documentation of an existing exchange between members email
