The Floor Chicken Face Off
can be performed as a dual between two people (as shown in the photo) or as a mass event. The rules are simple: the first person to perform a Floor Chicken and hold the position for 3 seconds wins. With multiple participants, the event could be split into knock-out rounds with a grand final to determine the overall winner.
- Find a clear level floor space.
- Place hands on floor and manoeuvre knees around outsides of arms and position them on the elbow area.
- Tilt body forward so weight is resting on elbows.
- Rock body forward until feet are raised from the floor. Hold in position so as to create a state of equilibrium.
